The following is a description of the files in the current utility set.

AGGREGATE OBJECTS
This utility will aggregate lines and symbols together given a starting size and add factor based upon duplicate lat/long values.
API TEST
This utility shows calling the windows API from MapBasic.
ASCII EXPORT
This utility will write a column in a table out to an ASCII file.
BUFFER MULTIPLE LAYERS
This utility will buffer multiple layers.
CLEAN REGIONS
This utility will clean polygons out of a selected region object.
COLUMN(S) UPDATE
This utility will update the values in multiple columns.
COMBINE LAYERS
This utility will combine all the layers in a mapper into one table.
COMBINE TABLES
This utility will combine 2 tables together creating a new table with all the columns in the 2 chosen tables.
CONNECT POINTS
This utility will connect points from a table using either objects or lat/long columns.
DDMMSS TO DECIMAL DEGREES
This utility will convert a lat/long in ddmmss format to decimal degrees.
DEFAULT VIEW
This utility will set the default view for a table when you first map it.
DISTANCE TO OBJECTS
This utility will calculate the distances of points to other objects like shorelines, hospitals, etc.
FIND STREET INTERSECTION
This utility will find a street intersection doing a string search from the 2 streets if the intersection is not found originally.
FINDER
This utility finds locations in MapInfo - it also shows how to access the MapMarker API from within MapInfo/MapBasic.
FIXED LENGTH ASCII IMPORT
This utility will import a fixed length ASCII file into a MapInfo table.
GEOCODE - REVERSE
This utility will take a table and update its address column based on its object's lat/long positions.
GRIDMAKER
This utility will make a grid given a starting left corner, total width and height, and specific width for each individual cell.
ICON VIEWER
This utility will show icons available to you use in MapInfo Buttonpads.
INTERSECT BUFFER
This utility will buffer around multiple tables and then find the intersection of those buffers.
INTERSECTION OF REGIONS
This utility will draw a region showing the intersection of selected regions.
LABEL UTILITIES
This utility has several label utilities like changing all the layer fonts at once and easily labelling street ranges.
LAYOUT TOOLS
This utility will help add a title or compass to a layout window. It will also resize a mapper for portrait or landscape views.
LEGEND MAKER
This utility will make a mapper consisting of user defined legend.
LINES TO POINT (DRAW)
This utility will draw lines from a central point out to a table with objects within it.
MAPBASIC TOOLS
This utility will show the styles for a selected object and buttonpad positions which can be used in MapBasic code.
METADATA ASSISTANCE
This utility will help manipulate the metadata in a MapInfo table.
MOVE MAP LONGITUDES
This utility will move the longitudes of map objects - i.e. so that Russia isn't split on our map.
MULTIMEDIA ASSIGNMENT
This utility will allow you to associate a picture/movie with a record in a MapInfo table.
NODE COUNTER
This utility will count the nodes in a table.
OBJECT WITHIN
This utility will tell you the amount a given table of objects is within a given table of region objects.
OPEN HIGHWAYS
This utility will open multiple state highway files.
OPEN MULTIPLE FILES
This utility will open multiple files up at one time.
OPEN STREETINFO FILES
This utility allows for the easy opening of StreetInfo files including water, streets, etc.
OPTIMIZE LOCATION
This utility will optimize a locational point using a weighting factor.
OPTIMIZE TABLE STRUCTURE
This utility will optimize the structure of a table by comparing column widths with maximum lengths of values in each column.
PARALLEL LINE
This utility will allow you to select a line then create a parallel line off of that given a distance and angle.
PARSE COLUMN VALUES
This utility will parse the values in a specified column to create new rows in a table - helpful for geocoding.
POINT DISPERSION
This utility will disperse geocoded points given a table name based upon duplicate lat/long values.
PROJECTIONS, ETC.
This utility will display all projections of specified type for States Map.
PROPER$
This utility will update specified column(s) in a table to be of proper$ syntax.
PROXIMITY SEARCH
This utility will do a proximity search around a selection and bring up a browser of chosen objects within the buffer area.
RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR
This utility will generate random numbers given either a min - max for values or a min-max for character fields.
RE-PARENT WINDOW
This utility will re-parent another MapInfo window.
REPLACE CHARACTERS
This utility will replace a specified character string with another.
RING BUFFERS (DOUGHNUTS)
This utility will generate doughnut-shaped ring buffers around selected objects.
SEAMLESS MAINTENANCE
This utility will show some basic seamless map functionality.
SEARCH FOR CHARACTERS
This utility will search for a character string in columns in a MapInfo table.
SELECT ALL IN SCREEN
This utility will select all of a layer within the current screen.
SORT TABLE
This utility will sort a table on any column either ascending or descending order.
SOUNDEX SEARCH
This utility will allow soundex searching against MapInfo tables.
SQL SELECT ENHANCED
This utility is an enhanced SQL Select dialog which allows sorting tables and saving and loading previous queries.
STREET ADD
This utility will add new streets to a MapInfo street file in addition to creating a transaction table.
STREET ALIASES
This utility will add or delete a street aliases to any MapInfo StreetInfo Table.
STREET CFCC DISPLAY
This utility will base the display of a street on its CFCC classificaion.
STREET NAMES WITHIN
This utility will select all unique street names within a region.
STREET SELECTOR
This utility will select streets by name and show them on a map.
STREETINFO EXTRACT
This utility will take StreetInfo point or area files and extract out of them individual files like hospital, churches, etc.
SYMBOL CHANGER
This utility will alter symbol attributes of a selection of objects in MapInfo.
SYMBOL SETS
This utility will allow loading of different symbol sets and grouping of symbols into sets.
TABLE COLUMN COMPARE
This utility will compare the columns of 2 MapInfo tables for differences.
TABLE GEOGRAPHY
This utility will update the columns in a table to contain latitude/longitude coordinate information from the map.
TABLE STRUCTURE
This utility will output an ascii file with a tables's structure and then start notepad with it.
THIN REGIONS
This utility will help thin out objects.
TILE HORIZONTALLY
This utility will tile windows in MapInfo horizontally.
UTM TABLE CREATOR
This utility will create a MapInfo table of UTM zones.
VB INTEGRATION
This utility shows MapInfo-Visual Basic integration.
WINDOW TITLE
This utility will set the title of a MapInfo window.
