- Follow signs to Airport Exit. From several road signs as you are exiting the airport, follow signs to Garden State Parkway. The GSP sign is a gold and green circular design. (Note: you get to the Parkway via Interstate 78 West.)
- The ramp will snake around and after about a half mile merges with another road. The other road appears on your left, becoming a two-lane road. You’ll be in the right lane; you want to move to the left lane within a half mile in order to follow signs to the Parkway (or, if there are no Parkway signs, to I-78 West).
- Stay on I-78 West until you see the exit ramp for the Parkway – about 4 miles. The Parkway is Exit #52 from I-78.
- At the end of the ramp, you’ll see a toll booth. This leads to the Parkway North. (To the right of the booths there’s a road that leads to the Parkway South; don’t take that road.) The toll is 35 cents.
- Stay on the Parkway for about 11 miles. You’ll have to pay another toll at about the 5-mile mark. Also 35 cents. Take care with the booths: some are exact change only, some are EZ-Pass only, and some are manned and can give change.
- Leave the Parkway at Exit #153B, which exits from the left lane. This is the exit to New Jersey route 3 (3 in a circle with a white background).
- After about a mile, route 3 merges with U.S. 46.
- Go about 5 more miles on route 46. Watch signs to stay on 46, as routes come and go left and right. As you’ll see, route 46 is a divided highway. If you look to the left, you’ll see the Radisson. You have to pass it and then swing around to get on 46 East.
- Take the Two Bridges Road exit ramp toward Passaic Ave/The Caldwells/Lincoln Park. Keep left and when you get to Two Bridges Road, turn left onto it. You’ll cross over US 46.
- Follow signs to US 46 East. Once on it, look for the Radisson on the right.
